Sunnyvale, CA, June 22, 2020 — Senpex and has announced that it is integrating its API with Alexander’s Steakhouse’s hyperlocal same-day delivery operations, thereby expanding its technological reach into new on-demand capabilities. This is to be used in the enhancement of both internal operations and in its sales efforts providing larger revenue channels tapping into the on-demand consumer base.

Alexander's Steakhouse was seeking a way to expand their offering to accommodate same-day delivery operations, however the overhead associated with hiring and training in-house delivery staff at the scale required for the company was not economical.

Alexander's Steakhouse needed a one-size fits all solution for their business due to the variability of orders that can occur on any given day, they needed a delivery partner who could offer instant same-day delivery within the region without compromising on service quality.

Senpex conducted an initial analysis of the existing Alexander's Steakhouse delivery channels and proposed their solution as an alternative, following this the two businesses coordinated the requirements for the integration within the existing website network.

Senpex allowed Alexander's Steakhouse to tap into a delivery network of over 3,000 on-demand elite couriers to support the scale necessary to provide same day delivery support to their customers.

Senpex demonstrated the full functionality of the platform and ensured that the Alexander's Steakhouse team was educated on how to get the most usage out of the platform, this included delivery automation and route planning, multi-destination support, website implementation and more.

Alexander's Steakhouse is now able to offer delivery of their products to all their customers within the SF Bay area without friction of any kind, once an order is placed the customer has automatically had their order arranged for pick-up from the nearest Alexander's Steakhouse location and scheduled for delivery within the optimal window for delivery.

Alexander's Steakhouse will continue to use Senpex as the delivery provider of choice while they scale their operations throughout California, Senpex and Alexander's Steakhouse have built a strong business partnership that they believe will continue well into the future.
